You can exercise these rights by writing to Ascendis at the postal address above, or by emailing office@ascendis.ro. Ascendis will respond within the timeframes required by the GDPR.
5. Cookies and IP address
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including third-party analytics tools (such as Google and Facebook) that automatically record certain technical data, such as your IP address, for session recognition and geographic/usage analytics. Ascendis does not itself store IP addresses locally. Full details of the cookies used, their purpose, and how to accept, customise, or refuse them are set out in our Cookie Policy; non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Ascendis may share personal data with affiliates and service providers (e.g. IT, payment, and analytics providers) strictly as needed to carry out the purposes above, under confidentiality and data-processing commitments. Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities (such as the Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, or the courts) where required by law. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area is made subject to an appropriate safeguard recognised under the GDPR (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Communications you send us
Any personal data you transmit on the Site by electronic mail or by any other means is used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Any other message you send through the Site — questions, comments, suggestions, or similar — is treated as non-confidential and is not protected by intellectual property rights.
8. Changes to this policy
Ascendis may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on this page, with the date of the latest revision indicated at the top. We encourage you to review it periodically.
